Author Linnea Heinrichs

About the Author

A fascination with the black death that ravaged much of the world in the mid 14th century led Linnea to research and write her novel, THE FIRST VIAL. This historical novel includes tournament scenes of knights in combat, sumptuous feasts and alarming accounts of the bubonic plague and its victims.

Linnea was born on Vancouver Island and lives with her husband and two children on a small hobby farm in northern British Columbia. She is currently composing another work of fiction, FROM THE MOUTH OF THE DRAGON, a novel set in Babylon at a time when the gods descended upon “Etemenanki”, the great ziggurat tower of this ancient city.

She accepts questions about THE FIRST VIAL and medieval times by email and answers them online.
